Our team, comprising around 15 technicians, specialises in the recommissioning and servicing of ventilation and refrigeration equipment
and MaR control systems. We also carry out maintenance work involving repairs, inspections and overhauls of production premises and equipment
in the pharmaceutical, electrical engineering, chemical, healthcare and other similar industrial sectors.

 

 

HVAC SERVICE

Calibration, inspection and servicing of systems
in the field of building services (building services engineering)

  • Warranty and post-warranty servicing and repairs of ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment
  • Regular preventative maintenance inspections.
  • Hydronic balancing of pipework.
  • Adjustment of ventilation systems.
  • Inspection of air-conditioning systems in accordance with Decree No. 277/2007 Coll.
  • Design and implementation of comprehensive tests.
  • Maintenance of control systems and COP master visualisation workstations
  • Inspection of fire dampers.
  • Electrical inspections — initial and periodic.
  • Regular leak tests on refrigeration equipment in accordance with current legislation.

 

24/7 emergency service

Our work is carried out by experienced service technicians and mechanics who undergo regular training with partner companies (e.g. Daikin, Gea, Flair).

Our operations cover not only the Czech Republic, with service centres in Valašské Meziříčí and Prague, but also other European countries.

 

 

RETROFIT

We modernise air-handling and cooling units to improve performance, efficiency and reliability.

Retrofit involves the modernisation of existing technical equipment without the need to completely replace the entire system. We design and carry out modifications to air-handling and cooling units with the aim of extending their service life, increasing energy efficiency and adapting them to current operational requirements.

In particular, we carry out:

  • the modernisation and refurbishment of air-handling units,
  • modernisation of cooling units and systems,
  • replacement of obsolete components and control systems,
  • improving the energy efficiency of equipment,
  • adapting technologies to current operational requirements.
